You can look forward to
- Continuous development of the data protection management system in close collaboration with the team
- Development and implementation of data protection policies and procedures
- Support in monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, particularly regarding GDPR
- Advising internal departments (and possibly external clients) on data protection-related issues
- Preparing reports for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board
- Training and raising awareness among employees on data protection topics
- Documenting data protection incidents and their resolution
- Collaborating with relevant regulatory authorities and handling requests and complaints in the area of data protection
You come equipped with
- Completed studies in Business Administration with legal references (ideally with a focus on IT law and/or data protection law) or completed studies in Law/Business Law (at least First State Examination or Bachelor’s degree)
- Initial practical experience in data protection law, gained for example through internships or legal clerkship
- Ideally, solid knowledge of the GDPR
- Proficiency in German and English at a negotiation level, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely
- A keen eye for data protection risks and details, combined with forward-thinking
- A strong solution-oriented approach, flexibility, and curiosity complete your profile
